All you need to know about ordering from DUNDAS MODELS.
PRICING POLICY
We aim to be as competitive as possible on prices and all prices are discounted from the recommended RRP where the terms from the various manufacturers allow discounts to be made.
BY OUR ONLINE SHOP
Use the Various Manufacturers Buttons under the Web Store section at the left-hand side of our home page to choose the products required. Orders can be placed using our secure server and you will receive an automatic acknowledgment. Once we have checked that the goods are in stock we will send you a PayPal payment request. On receipt of your payment your goods will be despatched.

Ordering by Phone is easy and quick. You can phone us 10.00 to 17.00 Mondays to Fridays. Outside these times you can leave a message and we will phone you back. Please speak clearly and leave your name and phone number on our answerphone.
BY POST

MAIL ORDER PAYMENT
If you prefer not to use our Online Shop to place your order, then you still use our Mail Order service. Payment can be made by Cheque or Postal Order made out to ‘DUNDAS MODELS’. The following ‘cards’ are accepted MASTERCARD, VISA, JCB, AMERICAN EXPRESS or you can pay by PAYPAL. Please add £3.00 to your order for post and packing.
DELIVERY
Most orders are turned round on the day received. As some of the narrow gauge items are from small manufacturers, supplies may be erratic and in these cases, we will tell you if there is to be any significant delay. Delivery is usually by Royal Mail Small Parcel service but by arrangement we can send by any other service which suits you best.
OVERSEAS
Payment can be made by PayPal or Credit card as listed above. Please state whether air or surface mail is required. Overseas postage is charged at cost. Please note we are VAT Registered. If you live outside the European Union we will deduct UK VAT from your purchase.

All orders are supplied at the prices ruling on the date of despatch. Imported items are particularly subject to change due to exchange rate movements.
009 SOCIETY SPECIAL DISCOUNT
As the main manufacturer and stockist of 009 model railways in Britain, we offer an attractive Special Discount to members of the 009 Society. We give a 10% discount on all DUNDAS MODELS 009 and 00n3 products (except wheels) as well as RODNEY STENNING products. To claim your Special Discount, simply total the value of the DUNDAS MODELS 009 and 00n3 and RODNEY STENNING products and then deduct 10% from your total payment. If you are placing your order via our Online Shop please state your membership number in the box provided on the ‘Address information’ page and we will deduct the discount before sending you a PayPal payment request.
GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATIONS : DOCUMENTATION
We are already conscious of the need to keep customer data confidential. We confirm that pass-wording and anti-virus protection is in place on our computers.
GDPR requires more than this. It relates to a wider range of personal data than simply that relating to customers. We must also be able to show customers that we have permissions to hold such data, to keep all personal data secure; retain it only for as long as necessary: allow those affected to ascertain what data we hold; to insist on corrections: and to withdraw their permission for us to hold it.
We are obliged to evidence that we have the necessary procedures in place to ensure we are and remain compliant with the law.
The information that we hold in your name solely relates to that applicable to service your orders and perhaps use in our possible mailing lists.
Such data will only be shared with our software provider and, via direct orders, our credit card processor.
No other information will be shared except with your express approval.
